HVAC Project Manager

Job Description

• We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and execute HVAC projects, focusing on VRF and Chillers solutions. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing customer technical support, site visits, site management, and coordinating with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in HVAC project execution and possess strong technical expertise in VRF and Chillers systems.
  
  

• Manage and oversee the execution of HVAC projects, specifically focusing on VRF and Chillers solutions
• Coordinate with customers, sales team, and engineering teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, evaluate site conditions, and gather necessary information for project planning and execution
• Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth project implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to ensure timely project completion and delivery
• Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings and other technical documentation as required for project design and installation
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
• Oversee site management activities, including coordination with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct regular project meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and address any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the project execution phase
