Job Description

  • Independently work with clients, cross-functional teams, Tavant product support team, and Tavant pre-sales team for business requirements gathering.
  • Test, configure, and lead UAT handoff solutions to end-users.
  • Become a subject matter expert in trading performance platforms.
  • Expertise in phases of product life cycle from definition, design, development, testing, deployment, field support to end life.
  • Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, and modeling.
  • Develop and document technical system requirements.
  • Conduct business process modeling to generate applicable scenarios for technology functionality testing.
  • Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and convert them into functional specifications.
  • Assist in formulating and updating departmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide second-level support in resolving business partner incidents.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to understand and define vision/problem statements.
  • Create conceptual prototypes and conduct client walkthroughs and demos.
  • Identify, analyze, respond to, and track bugs to resolution.
  • Select appropriate approaches and solutions to address identified problems and issues.
  • Multitask professionally with good experience in business analysis.
  • Comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk-taking.
  • Evaluate situations to determine the best methods to reach defined outcomes.
  • Execute sessions on trending industry topics and manage, mentor, and groom junior team members.
  • Provide support in project deadlines and schedules enforcement.
  • Perform deep-dives to identify root causes behind variances in key parameters within a given time period.
  • Prior experience using Scrum and JIRA tools for executing modules.
  • Evaluate potential software solutions, including open-source components, to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining and developing procedure guides and knowledge databases.
  • Work with RPA and technical team members to facilitate planning and execution of RPA automation projects.
  • Execute quantitative analysis to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Good knowledge of agile methodologies and participation in full life cycles (SDLC) projects.
  • Analyzing and advising on business process improvement, project feasibility, and forecasting.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
  • Business analyst to help design, develop, and optimize games to improve user experience and revenue by developing meaningful KPIs.
  • Assist in test planning, test case creation, and functional and non-functional testing.
  • Responsible for analyzing price details of products within the company and generating Variance Report Management.
