Job Description

The Tele Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the sales and marketing efforts of a company through telephonic communication. This position bridges the gap between the company and potential or existing customers. Tasked with reaching a broad audience, the Tele Marketing Executive will use their communication skills to promote products or services, explain their benefits, and persuade or influence customers, leading to increased company revenue. With a strong understanding of the telecommunications infrastructure and customer relationship management, the Tele Marketing Executive is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as in building and sustaining long-term business relationships by delivering compelling sales pitches and handling customer inquiries effectively.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company’s products.
  • Manage inbound inquiries and provide information about the products and services.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services to enhance satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer information and call logs.
  • Follow up on leads and referrals to secure future sales opportunities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve company targets and growth goals.
  • Provide feedback to the company on customer complaints and needs for product adjustments.
  • Update company’s customer relationship management (CRM) database regularly with customer feedback.
  • Participate in training and workshops to enhance skills and product knowledge.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as determined by management.
  • Build a productive relationship with customers through courteous and professional service.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while interacting with clients and peers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or in a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in follow-up calls to prospects.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Familiarity with telemarketing software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while managing various customer accounts and leads.
