The Principal Landscape Architect plays a pivotal role in the conception, design, and delivery of large-scale landscape architecture projects. They are responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from initial client engagement and conceptual design to detailed execution and construction oversight. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale landscape architecture projects from start to finish.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture and project management.
• Licensure as a Professional Landscape Architect (PLA) is mandatory.
• Proven experience leading complex landscape projects from conception to completion.
• Strong proficiency in landscape design software including AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams successfully.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
