Responsibilities

  • Promote company’s products to healthcare professionals and generate prescriptions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare providers.
  • Provide product information and offering detailed clinical data concerning the company’s portfolio.
  • Conduct informative seminars and presentations to demonstrate product lines to healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze sales trends to identify market needs, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage territory business plan and prioritize clients to optimize the company’s revenue potential.
  • Organize frequent visits to healthcare facilities to ensure a thorough understanding of product application.
  • Effectively manage administrative requirements such as expense reports and CRM system entries.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data and developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance professional knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies regarding product promotion.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field required.
  • Proven successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence others.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems is necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently to client locations.
