Job Description

As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company by managing and expanding upon existing client relationships while seeking out new opportunities to increase sales. You will join a dynamic sales team where your ability to build relationships and understand market needs will contribute to our overall revenue goals. Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with senior sales management to optimize sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and sales results.
  • Implement feedback from management to improve sales techniques and strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and increase sales potential.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing post-sale support and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of sales experience or in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to understand and analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Proven negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
