We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services offered.
  • Document customer interactions, including inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
  • Provide customers with accurate product information and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the relevant departments for improvements.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance customer service skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints with empathy and provide viable options for resolution.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and database management.
  • Ability to stay calm and patient in stressful situations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
