Job Description

The Regional Training Manager is a pivotal role within our company, responsible for overseeing and enhancing the training and development programs across multiple locations within a specified region. This role requires a dynamic individual who is adept at managing complex training schedules, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and boosting employee performance. The regional training manager will take the lead in designing training curricula, coaching managers, and implementing best practices to cultivate a skilled workforce. With a strong focus on both strategic planning and day-to-day operational improvements, the Regional Training Manager is a key partner in facilitating a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the regional workforce needs.
  • Manage and coordinate the efforts of training specialists to ensure effective delivery.
  • Analyze and assess training program results, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training gaps and professional development opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a repository of training materials, guides, and resources.
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of training sessions, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Utilize data and feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness and reach.
  • Ensure training programs comply with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Engage with external vendors for specialized training services and resources when needed.
  • Lead and mentor training staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Report on training initiatives to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in training and development management.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in using digital training tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region to support training initiatives.
