Our team crafts bespoke strategies to elevate brands in the luxury sector and manages impactful and purpose-driven careers of talents across several artistic and entertainment areas.


Now, we are scaling, and we need someone who can be the engine. We’re hiring a Chief of Staff to act as the Founder & CEO’s right hand: a high-impact, operational and strategic leader who converts big ambitions into smooth execution. You will be translating vision into decisions, managing resources across the business, and making sure that our company hits the growth targets. You must be decisive, relentless on follow-through and comfortable operating in an intense environment.


Tasks

  • Managing daily business operations and acting as the operational backbone for the Founder and CEO.

  • Coordinating and steering cross-functional growth initiatives (business development, talent offerings, strategic partnerships).

  • Establishing and maintaining the companys operational rhythm: KPIs, dashboards, weekly/monthly reviews and escalation routes.

  • Managing communications with external stakeholders requires commercial sensitivity rather than creative PR.

  • Managing supplier, platform and contract negotiations to optimise cost and delivery.

  • Executing high-velocity project sprints, setting milestones, assigning owners and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Overseeing execution of “social/website/brand” deliverables by coordinating vendors and internal owners (you won’t be doing design; you’ll ensure it lands).


Requirements

  • 2+ years in management consulting, strategy, operations or a fast-paced commercial role (preferably from top tier consultancies).

  • Degree in Business, Management, Economics or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • Demonstrable commercial sharpness: you can build financial/ROI models, interrogate assumptions and close deals.

  • Very good analytical skills, comfortable building dashboards and KPIs.

  • Experience with CRM and project management tools preferred.

  • Impeccable reliability, relentless work ethic and ownership mentality, we expect extreme commitment due to the nature of our job.

  • Proven ability to operate under pressure, prioritise ruthlessly and deliver with minimal supervision.

  • Written and verbal communication skills in English fluently, and excellent stakeholder management.

  • Timezone alignment is critical — you must operate in the same timezone as the CEO and adopt a 24/7-mindset (please be candid about your timezone in your application).
