Job Description

The Quality Engineer – In-Process Quality Control (Battery) plays a crucial role in ensuring that every stage of battery manufacturing meets high-quality standards. By working closely with production teams, this professional ensures that our battery products are reliable and safe for consumer use. The position requires a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings. The role involves working with advanced quality assurance systems and procedures to detect and resolve any issues before they affect the final product. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in quality control within battery production.
  • Proficiency in quality assurance software and data analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of battery manufacturing processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Strong communication skills for training staff and reporting findings effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
