The Guest Hospitality Associate plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and delightful experience for all guests within our establishment. Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing front desk operations during peak check-in and check-out times.
  • Ensure public areas and guest facilities are neat, tidy, and presentable at all times.
  • Foster positive guest relationships by addressing inquiries and facilitating special requests.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as promotions, events, and guest loyalty programs.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall guest experience and service quality.
  • Implement feedback collection systems to gather guest impressions and improve services.
  • Train and mentor new staff in guest hospitality practices and company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and service transactions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to guest service challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficient in computer systems and reservation management software applications.
  • Ability to multi-task and keep highly organized in a fast-paced environment.
