UX/UI Designer (225-929)

We are seeking a talented and creative UX/UI Designer to join our innovative design team. Responsibilities

• Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and clarity.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to improve design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into design processes.
• Develop design systems and style guides to maintain consistency across all products.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of design specifications for implementation.
• Advocate for the user in every stage of product development, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems through testing and feedback sessions.
• Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating their feedback efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Solid problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in design implementations.
