UI/UX Designer (225-929)

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and crafting exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs. Your role will involve researching and analyzing user needs, developing wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end user experience. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a keen eye for detail, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to transform complex requirements into simple and elegant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability tests to identify user needs and improve the overall user experience.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs into functional interfaces.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve design standards.
• Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Gather and evaluate user feedback and adjust designs accordingly to enhance usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and create innovative solutions to user challenges.
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
• Participate in regular design critiques and contribute to improving team processes and experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about user needs and challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
