As a Telesales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our sales department by utilizing your communication skills to engage with potential clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to convert leads into successful sales by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions. You will be responsible for reaching out to a high volume of customers daily, creating opportunities to increase company revenue. Your ability to foster positive relationships, effectively manage follow-ups, and close sales will be critical to your success in this role. Responsibilities

  • Make numerous outbound sales calls each day to prospective clients.
  • Identify potential customer needs and present appropriate product solutions.
  • Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers over the phone.
  • Effectively communicate product value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Document and update customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Follow up on leads through structured and strategic engagement techniques.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and recommendations for sales strategies.
  • Stay informed on product features, company policies, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively over the phone.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
