Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using the company’s contact database.
  • Deliver scripted sales pitches and showcase the merits of products and services.
  • Understand and respond to customer inquiries and concerns about products.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer communications and track follow-ups.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and performance objectives consistently.
  • Collaborate with team members and share strategies to enhance sales techniques.
  • Stay informed about new products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Work with customer service to address customer disputes or issues effectively.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills.
  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospect feedback and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain a productive relationship with both existing and potential clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both spoken and written Arabic and English is essential.
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in telesales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Strong ability to handle rejection and remain resilient under pressure.
  • Experience with CRM software and telephony systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
