Job Description

As an Immigration Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by assisting clients in navigating the complex immigration process. You will engage with potential clients to understand their immigration needs and offer them customized solutions that align with our services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of immigration laws and a passion for helping people achieve their relocation goals. With a consultative approach, you will build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance and support throughout their journey. Your ability to identify opportunities, effectively communicate, and provide outstanding service will be key to your success in this role.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' immigration needs and objectives.
  • Provide detailed information on immigration processes and services available.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Offer personalized solutions and strategies to assist clients in their immigration journey.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients regarding immigration services.
  • Track and follow up on leads to ensure timely service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service for immigration processes.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
  • Manage client cases from initial consultation through to successful completion.
  • Document all client interactions and transactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Participate in industry networking events to represent the company's services effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer consulting, or immigration services.
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws and global relocation practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships efficiently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for record-keeping and presentations.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a strong advantage for serving global clients.
