Job Description

A Relationship Officer plays a pivotal role in nurturing and developing meaningful relationships with clients and customers. Responsibilities

  • Organize and participate in client meetings and presentations periodically as required.

  • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on client interactions and relationship status.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets as set by the organization.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve services and strengthen client relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to implement client engagement strategies and events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role with relationship management responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relationship management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple client accounts.
