Job Description

The SEO Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the online visibility and digital marketing success of our organization. This position requires a dynamic, results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of search engine optimization strategies, analytics, and the latest trends in digital marketing. As the SEO Lead, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the SEO strategy to maximize the company's online presence and drive organic traffic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure alignment with the overall business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping our brand ahead of digital trends, optimizing our site architecture, and managing on-page and off-page optimization strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a passion for staying updated with the ever-changing landscape of digital marketing.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute successful SEO strategies that support business goals and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content creation and optimize existing content.
  • Analyze website performance metrics and provide actionable insights for enhancements.
  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams to drive content marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance, ROI, and trends regularly.
  • Identify and implement innovative SEO opportunities and initiatives.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and algorithm updates affecting SEO.
  • Manage relationships with external SEO vendors and tools providers effectively.
  • Coordinate technical SEO audits and implement required changes to enhance performance.
  • Develop link-building strategies to strengthen domain authority and credibility.
  • Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are maintained.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing roles.
  • Proven track record in optimizing websites to increase organic search rankings.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex SEO strategies to diverse stakeholders.
