The Senior Operations Manager position plays a crucial role in leading and overseeing the daily operations of the company. Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Identify training needs and facilitate professional development for team members.
  • Lead and participate in strategic planning discussions with executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years' experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams within complex environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience with strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards relating to operations.
  • Highly proficient in operations management software and productivity tools.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and respond to new challenges.
