Job Description

As a Senior Account Manager in the Fashion industry, you will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships while contributing to the growth and success of the company. You will act as the primary liaison between the clients and the organization, ensuring that all fashion-related projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the fashion industry and market trends, who can identify opportunities for account growth and retention. You will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service, and your ability to communicate effectively will drive increased client satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key fashion clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the fashion clients and the company.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and increase account activity through proactive client management.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to maximize engagement and revenue.
  • Coordinate internal teams effectively to deliver timely solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Analyze industry trends to provide insights and recommendations to clients and teams.
  • Resolve any challenges or issues faced by clients promptly and effectively.
  • Monitor and report on account performance and client satisfaction regularly.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to communicate strategic visions and updates.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value enhancement for clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Mentor and guide junior account managers, fostering a culture of growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of account management experience in the fashion industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing major accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion industry trends, markets, and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and other business management tools and systems.
