Job Description

The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in account management and business development within our organization. This position is designed for an experienced professional who excels in managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high client satisfaction levels. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our client base and forge long-term partnerships. With your impressive communication and negotiation skills, you will work cross-functionally to provide superior service and solutions to our clients. You must be able to go beyond managing accounts to proactively identify and seize growth opportunities that align with our strategic objectives. Your performance will directly impact the company's growth, revenue, and reputation in the market.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders across various industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase account revenue and market share.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals to meet company sales targets and objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to promote our brand and network with potential clients.
  • Mentor and support junior account managers to develop their skills and enhance team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills are a must.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and leverage market opportunities.
  • Experience in managing large accounts with multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team to achieve company goals.
