Job Description

A Real Estate Broker is a licensed professional who assists clients in buying, selling, or leasing properties. They play a critical role in negotiating real estate transactions and guiding clients through each step of the real estate process. Responsibilities

  • Handle legal paperwork and administrative tasks related to property transactions.
  • Stay informed about new listings and market trends to offer timely advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Must hold a valid Real Estate Broker's license in the applicable state.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or as a Real Estate Agent is essential.
  • Strong understanding of local and national real estate markets and trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills tailored to various client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using real estate databases and client management software tools.
  • High level of attention to detail when managing transactions and paperwork.
