As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales revenue and forging lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for field operations to achieve targets.
  • Identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and research activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients with confidence.
  • Negotiate sales agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify sales leads and follow up accordingly.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to assess and meet their needs effectively.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, including progress toward monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ activities to inform strategy.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate new business leads.
  • Manage customer accounts and ensure timely delivery of products and/or services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for various products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role in a similar industry.
  • Strong ability to create and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
  • Technical skills in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
