The Odoo Sales Executive is a dynamic and pivotal role within the organization, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base through the strategic sale of Odoo solutions. The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of Odoo software and a proven track record in sales. Our Sales Executives are tasked with identifying key business opportunities, building lasting relationships with clients, and delivering tailored solutions that meet our clients' needs. As a face of our company, the Sales Executive must exhibit exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to forecast and report sales performance. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional eager to make a significant impact in a rapidly evolving business environment.


Responsibilities

  • Identify new sales opportunities through various channels and develop a sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and tailor solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms to meet both company and customer needs and expectations.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and improve lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide better client solutions.
  • Provide insightful feedback to the product team to drive future enhancements and features.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other sales events to network and promote products.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff to assist in their professional development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software sales or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and previous experience with Odoo ERP system is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand complex client requirements and provide solutions.
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry conferences and events.
