Responsibilities

• Design and test mechanical systems and components for various applications.
• Conduct detailed engineering analysis and simulations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues during the product development cycle.
• Perform product testing and validation, and document results and findings.
• Evaluate materials and suppliers to ensure cost-effective production solutions.
• Implement design improvements based on testing feedback and customer feedback.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and assembly teams as needed.
• Participate in project review meetings and contribute to the decision-making process.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis.
• Proficient in CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials used in production.
• Previous experience in a similar industry or engineering role is preferred.
