Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Angular developers, providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable, and maintainable Angular applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Define and implement technical solutions to address business requirements and challenges.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in Angular applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Angular development to continuously improve processes and technologies.
- Develop and maintain documentation for code, design, and applications.
- Take ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and overall project success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven work experience as an Angular developer, with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Angular 2+ with a solid understanding of TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience in leading a team of developers and managing projects effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
