Job Description

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within our organization. Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to discuss project objectives and requirements.

  • Support in the identification of key performance indicators for business processes.
  • Help in refining business strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with IT counterparts to ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
  • Review and analyze the documentation of current business procedures and workflows.
  • Manage communication between stakeholders and technical teams effectively.
  • Contribute to the preparation of training materials for new business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and an ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Basic knowledge of business analysis techniques and methodologies preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • A keen interest in technology and understanding its role in business processes.
