Job Description
- Continuous monitoring of the movement of the Universitys funds in banks and funds.
- Monitor the movement of the Universitys assets in warehouses and pay close attention to its inventory.
- Auditing the payment voucher prior disbursement, journal entries before recording, and all receipt vouchers.
- Check marking financial commitments with available financial provisions.
- Verification of the integrity of final financial statements prior submission to the appropriate authorities.
- Ensure that the financial provision is within the Universitys budget and does not exceed it.
- Submit yearly report to the board of trustees for review and approval.
