Responsibilities

• Develop and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media.
• Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
• Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Revise and update designs based on stakeholder feedback and changing needs.
• Prepare design layouts and production files for print and digital distribution.
• Keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments for project clarity.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of visual communications and make improvements.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles and typography.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for team collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with animation, video editing, and web design is a plus.
