Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design digital graphics for web and social media platforms.
• Create visually appealing layouts for brochures, flyers, and other printed materials.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement design strategies.
• Ensure all designs are consistent with branding guidelines and standards.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Develop unique logos and icons to capture the company’s brand identity.
• Consult with clients to understand their design requirements and goals.
• Revise and improve designs based on client feedback and direction.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new design techniques and tools.
• Prepare and present design concepts to team members and stakeholders.
• Work closely with printers to ensure accurate production of design files.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creative projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teams and clients.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple design projects.
• Attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics and consistency.
