Job Description

As an Exhibition Stand Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our company by acquiring new business for our exhibition stands. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to exceed sales targets. You will provide expert advice and solutions that meet client needs, ensuring high customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and the events industry. You must be comfortable with frequent travel and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Your work will significantly contribute to the success of the company and enhance its reputation in the industry.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and company growth.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively, ensuring mutual satisfaction for clients and the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of exhibition stands.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.
  • Attend trade shows and events to network and promote the company’s exhibition services.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client communications in the CRM system.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Manage pricing structures to maximize profitability while remaining competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience, ideally in the exhibitions or events industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for tracking sales activities.
