Job Description

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will play a crucial role in assisting entrepreneurs and businesses to establish their operations successfully. This involves providing expert advice on legal, regulatory, and financial matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws, and guiding through the complex procedures involved in setting up a business. Your main objective is to streamline the setup process, minimize risks, and maximize business potential by offering tailored solutions based on in-depth market analysis and client goals. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, develop strategic business plans, and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable growth and success. This dynamic position requires strong analytical skills, thorough knowledge of business operations, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess their business setup requirements and objectives.
  • Provide detailed advice on legal and regulatory compliance for business setup.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for the client.
  • Assist in the preparation of business plans and financial forecasts for startups.
  • Guide clients through the process of company registration and licensing.
  • Ensure the business structure chosen is optimal for the client’s objectives.
  • Identify and advise on potential business risks and how to mitigate them.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to facilitate a smooth setup process.
  • Develop strategic planning and branding strategies to enhance business growth.
  • Provide ongoing support and advisory services post-business setup.
  • Handle negotiation and documentation related to partnership agreements.
  • Review and suggest improvements to operational and financial processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in business consulting, preferably in a setup environment.
  • Strong understanding of business laws, regulations, and compliance matters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to perform complex market analysis and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
