Job Description

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and expansion of a company. This dynamic position involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and fostering strong partnerships that can drive sales and increase revenue. The Business Development Executive is responsible for formulating strategies to expand market reach and enhance brand presence, both locally and internationally. Responsibilities

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Provide feedback to senior management on market insights and business performance.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction with company services and products.
  • Work closely with product development teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Track sales metrics to evaluate effectiveness of business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales within a similar industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and recommend strategic improvements.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and leverage relationships and networks.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to business challenges.
