Job Description

A Business Development Executive plays a critical role in driving a company’s growth. The position involves building key customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, and closing business deals to increase sales revenue. This professional will work closely with the sales team, marketing staff, and senior managers to retain and develop existing business partnerships while establishing new connections in the industry. The focus is on creating strategies that increase profitability and market share. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies in new contracts.
  • Provide advice on product enhancements to meet market demand efficiently.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and explore opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver customer solutions effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales position preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasive abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and data analysis.
  • Ability to flourish in a competitive and fast-paced business environment.
  • Superior negotiation skills and expertise in developing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
