BIM Modeller (Architecture or MEP)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM/REVIT Modeller at ShowTex Middle East.

The BIM/REVIT Modeller will be responsible for creating construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers, and utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) software to support project development.

This job requires traveling. 

Duties Description

Develop and manage detailed BIM models using Revit and other BIM software.

Collaborate with other team members to integrate systems into the overall project model

Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM model.

Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation from the BIM models.

Ensure models comply with industry standards and specific project requirements.

Assist in coordinating and managing BIM data for project deliverables.

Participate in project meetings to provide insights on BIM-related issues and updates

Support the implementation and adherence to BIM workflows and standards within the organization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in BIM Modeling, especially MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software; experience with AutoCAD is a plus Solid understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and BIM standards.
• Proficiency in REVIT software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in model creator
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
