Overview
- Responsible for keeping the Fight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) operational, reliable, and up to date, contributing to the quality of training delivered by the academy.
- Ensures all maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs are done in compliance with GCAA and company procedures and regulations.
- Strong understanding of aviation regulations governing FSTD.
- In-depth knowledge of the FSTD systems.
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex FSTD malfunctions.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Conflict Resolution and decision-making skills.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills.
