Quality Control Supervisor - Printing and Packaging

AJT Printing & Packaging FZ LLC (RAK, UAE) is looking for an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in printing and packaging, with specific experience in cigarette/tobacco packaging production.

🧾 Key Responsibilities
。Supervise and manage all QC activities across the printing and packaging process (gravure & offset).
。Ensure all cigarette packaging meets brand, regulatory, and quality standards.
。Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and final output to maintain defect-free results.
。Approve print proofs, color shades, and finishing quality before release.
。Prepare and maintain QC documentation, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
。Coordinate with production, maintenance, and clients on quality issues and improvements.
。Must be having experience of using ERP system.

📌 Requirements
。Diploma or Bachelor’s in Printing, Packaging, or Industrial Engineering.
。Minimum 5 years of QC experience in cigarette or tobacco packaging.
。Strong knowledge of multi color gravure and offset printing, Hot foil Machine, embossing, Debossing and die-cutting.
。Hands-on experience with ISO/GMP standards, color management, and print inspection tools.
。Excellent communication, leadership, and attention to detail.
