Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to customers in a timely and friendly manner.

Job Responsibility

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check customers identification and confirm legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Monitor inventory and replenish stock as needed
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
  
  

• Proven experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Certificate in bartending or relevant training is a plus.
  
  

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good memory and attention to detail
• Organizational skills to manage inventory and keep track of orders
• Tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult customers
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service
• Creativity to develop unique and appealing drink offerings
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work well with other staff members in a bar or restaurant setting
