Your day to day

• Lead, train, and motivate spa therapy team to deliver exceptional service.
• Schedule and allocate therapists based on operational needs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback.
• Perform professional spa and wellness treatments to the highest standards.
• Ensure guests receive a personalized and consistent spa experience.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee daily spa operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory in excellent condition.
• Manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
• Conduct ongoing training on new techniques, products, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety protocols.
• Promote spa services and retail products to meet revenue targets.
• Assist in creating promotions, packages, and special offers.
• Adhere to company SOPs, licensing requirements, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments, sales, and staff schedules.
  
  

What We Need From You

• Proven experience as a Senior Therapist or Head Therapist in a luxury spa.
• Diploma or certification in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
• Sales and upselling abilities to meet revenue targets.
• High attention to detail, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
