With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and use only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

The Role

As Retail Manager, you will lead and oversee the performance of multiple retail locations, including future expansions. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing and developing store managers and their teams, and delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects Minimalist’s core values. In this strategic and hands-on role, you will stay closely attuned to regional market trends, consumer behaviors, and sales dynamics to maximize performance and brand impact across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform sales strategy and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee and support retail store managers to ensure consistent operational excellence.
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing talent across all locations.
• Manage all phases of new market launches, including distribution strategy, commercial terms negotiation, contracts, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, merchandising) to align regional sales efforts with overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure consistent brand standards across all locations.
• Foster a customer-centric, performance-driven culture across the regional sales organization, aligning teams with Minimalist’s values and growth goals.

Requirements:

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• A minimum of 5–7 years of sales leadership experience within the UAE, preferably in luxury retail, watches, jewelry, or fashion.
• Proven ability to manage and scale retail operations across multiple locations.
• A strong track record of team development, sales growth, and customer experience improvement.
• Ideally a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• A deep understanding of UAE/GCC retail dynamics and customer expectations.
