Can you help us solve complex challenges? Do you enjoy everyday communication with the customers? Lenovo is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Trusted Solutions Architect (TSA) to join our Enterprise sales team and manage all presales activities for select strategic accounts.

What Will You Do

  • Act as a forward-thinking, trusted advisor anticipating industry trends, with particular emphasis on hybrid AI, digital transformation, and modern application platforms.
  • Own and drive complex customer requirements from discovery through to solution design and sales closure.
  • Combine Lenovos devices, infrastructure, and services portfolio into robust, value-driven solutions.
  • Influence senior decision-makers to evaluate and adopt Lenovo solutions, demonstrating clear ROI and business case.
  • Drive cross-BG (IDG, ISG, SSG) collaboration to optimize portfolio sales and create integrated solutions.
  • Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, define engagement strategy, and align presales resources.
  • Serve as the single point of contact coordinating sales engineers, solution specialists, and subject-matter experts.
  • Champion customer needs internally, ensuring solutions deliver on business objectives and exceed expectations.
  • Maintain and execute consistent presales processes, including opportunity management, discovery, and solution validation.

Required Skills Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology solution design, with strong exposure to client, infrastructure, and services solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage with and influence C-level decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge of hybrid AI solutions, cloud-native platforms, containers, and application modernization.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple business groups and solution areas.
  • Exceptional negotiation, collaboration, and relationship management skills.
  • High business and financial acumen, with the ability to develop and present ROI-driven business cases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex topics.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-impact opportunities simultaneously.
