Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients in the textile sector.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to promote products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and production teams to align sales efforts.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings and industry developments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling textile products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field required.
  • Minimum of three years experience in textile sales or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of textile production and fabric types is essential.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills are a must-have.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Ability to work independently while being a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary.
