Job Description

The Textile Fabric Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and fostering fruitful relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the textile industry. Leveraging their deep understanding of fabric types, trends, and the dynamics of the textile market, they facilitate the sale of fabrics to fashion designers, manufacturers, and other businesses. This role demands exceptional negotiation skills, a flair for relationship building, and a keen eye for market trends to remain competitive and innovative. The executive must also collaborate with other departments to meet territorial sales targets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing timely support and efficient service.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new fabric clients.
  • Identify potential customers and establish contact for sales opportunities.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets effectively.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profits.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new markets.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competition activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and sales forecasts regularly.
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand network.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations at all times.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically within the textile industry is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.
