Job Description

As a Receptionist at Sci Fi Land Entertainment Hub, You will serve as the first point of contact for all guests, families, and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Your role involves greeting and assisting guests, managing registrations for workshops and events, handling inquiries, coordinating with instructors and departments, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the hub’s facilities — including the Art Studio, VR Arena, Tech Museum, and Innovation Lab, ect.

Objective:

To provide exceptional front-desk support, customer service, and POS management at Sci Fi Land Entertainment Hub, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and efficient experience for visitors while supporting the operational needs of workshops, events, and daily hub activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and children, creating a positive first impression.

•⁠ ⁠Manage guest registration for workshops, events, and special programs.

•⁠ ⁠Operate and manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticketing, purchases, and payments.

•⁠ ⁠Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

•⁠ ⁠Deliver excellent customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and feedback effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with instructors, volunteers, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain records of attendance, bookings, and visitor information.

•⁠ ⁠Provide guidance and support for safety protocols and facility use.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure the reception area is organized, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials.
