Job Description

As a Sales Executive at 24O25, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing relationships with existing customers, and promoting the company’s services to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Your role demands a strategic vision as well as tactical skills to initiate and close deals effectively. You will be expected to maintain a strong knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviors to position 24O25 as a market leader. You will work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and brand presence. Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new sales opportunities to drive company revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers effectively.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing pre and post-sales support effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins.
  • Track sales and report on performance metrics to the management team regularly.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to handle the sales process from start to finish independently.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market conditions efficiently.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
