Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and implement test and test management strategies considering internal and external processes and standards to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Create detailed plans and delivery schedules, define the test environment and test methods based on given requirements and in compliance with the requirements management plan.
• Monitor test progress, counter-steer in case milestones are at risk, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of test activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Evaluate test results based on defined criteria and objectives, document and report findings, and create test reports.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Academic background in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar
• 8+ years of relevant experience in requirement-based software testing and test methodology
• ISTQB Test Manager certification and knowledge of script development is preferred
• Excellent communication with interdisciplinary stakeholders
• Fluent in English
