Job Summary

We are seeking a Test Manager with 6 to 8 years of experience in ServiceNow Telecom Inventory and Telecom Service Management. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Telecom Service Operations Management and Telecom Network Inventory. This role requires domain experience in Data Network Equipment. The position follows a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for ServiceNow Telecom Inventory projects ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and test cases for Telecom Service Management.
• Provide expertise in Telecom Service Operations Management to enhance testing processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Telecom Network Inventory systems.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
• Implement automated testing solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor and track testing progress making adjustments as necessary to meet project deadlines.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and outcomes.
• Support the deployment of new features and updates ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Mentor junior team members providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
  
  

• Possess strong technical skills in ServiceNow Telecom Inventory and Telecom Service Management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Telecom Service Operations Management and Telecom Network Inventory.
• Have domain experience in Data Network Equipment understanding their role in telecom systems.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Show proficiency in automated testing tools and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
