About The Role
As a Program Manager, you will make an impact by overseeing, managing and building a large Applicant Tracking System (ATS) program. The primary focus will be India but could possibly be scaled to other countries at a later point. You will work collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition Group (TAG), Talent Supply Chain (TSC), Operations and other related teams. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in corporate functions to drive business outcomes.
