Job Description

As a Telesales Representative, you will play a vital role in generating sales and expanding our customer base through outbound telephone communication. Your primary objective will be to place calls to potential clients, delivering a compelling pitch that demonstrates the value and benefits of our products or services. You will also be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. You should be comfortable working in a high-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills to thrive in this role. Your ability to handle objections, listen to customer requirements, and provide solutions accurately is crucial for success. If you are highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven, you will fit right into our dynamic sales team.


Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound telesales calls engaging potential clients to drive sales growth.
  • Present and promote company products and services over the phone effectively.
  • Identify prospective customers' needs and tailor sales pitch to meet those requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize innovative techniques for calling campaigns.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing initiatives and convert them into sales.
  • Record detailed customer information, feedback, and sale outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Handle customer objections proficiently and turn them into opportunities for sales conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to sustain a competitive edge.
  • Provide feedback to the management for improving product and service accessibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
  • Proficient in speaking and understanding the English language fluently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking systems to enhance productivity.
  • High school diploma; a degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
