The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and building client relationships over the phone by offering products or services to potential customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, understanding customer needs, and closing deals effectively. Successful candidates are goal-oriented, persuasive, and skilled in communication and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales.
Identify customer needs and provide suitable product solutions.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and CRM systems.
Maintain an accurate record of calls, sales, and customer information.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Resolve customer questions or complaints with professionalism.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign alignment.
Stay informed about company offerings and market trends.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality.
Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexible to work in shifts or extended hours as needed.
